where to start

01 | Showroom Consultation

Your journey begins with a showroom appointment. We look at your house plans and discuss how you use your space and the style you want. Bring inspiration or we can guide from scratch. This lets us understand your style.

02 | Design and 3D Visuals

We take everything discussed and begin creating your layouts. We will design detailed plans and realistic 3D visuals that show how your kitchen will look in your space. This allows you to see the design clearly before anything is ordered.

03 | Design Review and Selections

You return to the showroom to go through your design in detail. This is where you can request changes and refine the layout. You will also choose your doors, handles, colours, appliances and worktops in this appointment.

04 | Quotation

We prepare your quotation and send it to you so you can review everything in your own time. It is clear and itemised so you know exactly what is included. We are available to go through details and answer any questions. Once you are happy the design is confirmed.

05 | site visit and Production

We carry out a site visit to confirm all measurements and ensure the design fits perfectly. Production can then start on your plans and prepared for your space. During this stage we also arrange your fitting schedule. This keeps the process smooth and well organised.

06 | Delivery, Installation and Aftercare

Your kitchen is delivered to site and installed by our trusted fitting team. We oversee the process to ensure everything is completed with care and precision. Once installation is finished we remain available for any support you may need.
